In this course, you will learn about basics on radiation safety, troubleshooting digital image issues and aspects of radiation safety as they apply to digital radiography. We will also review radiographic positioning, which is based on two principles: to provide standard views that are familiar to the interpreter and to ensure the X-ray beam is tangential to the anatomy of interest.

2 - ALL ABOUT X-RAY SAFETY FOR VETERINARY PRACTICE IN ONTARIO - $145 + HST

This four module course in x-ray safety awareness is focused on the use of x-rays in veterinary practice.  Regulatory aspects covered are for the province of Ontario. Upon successful completion the participant may claim five (5) hours of credit for the Continuing Education Recognition Program. Certificate will be issued upon completion.
